With a large statue of Caesar Augustus and lots of flowing fountains greeting guests in the four-story atrium of Caesars resort casino, theater-goers were prepared for a rousing show at the newly renovated Circus Maximus Theater. And that's just what they got when they watched the latest performance of Holiday Wonders.

Audience members were in awe of the show. Scott and Terri said, "We see a hundred shows a year and this is perfection. Perfection."
Sharon Leshnow and Juan Rodriguez, Queens, New York, especially liked the dances that showed how good deeds are rewarded in "The Fruits of Goodness" and "The Risen Lotus Flower." Sharon said, "Westerners could learn a lot from these dances."
There are many diversions in this Caesars franchise, but Anjali Dhruva and her husband came to enjoy traditional Chinese culture this holiday season. Celebrating her fifteenth wedding anniversary, Anjali from Philadelphia, thought the show was a perfect way to celebrate. She was amazed at how much of the dances had an Indian influence, especially the costumes and jewelry. "There are so many connections between traditional Chinese and Indian culture. I am quite amazed."

Bev, from North Carolina, said she appreciated the movements. "It's fascinating to learn about other cultures."
Mrs. Chartrer and her daughter Elizabeth from New Jersey said, "The show is beautiful. The Chinese culture is great, the costumes are beautiful." Elizabeth said that she liked the beginning and the costumes are beautiful.
Susan, Ali, and John Hey, owners of a toy store in New Jersey, marveled, "Oh, it is beautiful. The costumes are beautiful, the scenery in the background worked well with the dances. The Mongolian and the Korean culture is great in these dances."
David Boyd, an engineer and technician from Virgina, said, "It is very interesting and you learn a lot about Chinese culture. I think it is a better piece of art than what you will see on Broadway."

"I think it's very nice to have it in Atlantic City. I would see it again. It shows that they are very disciplined and they have certainly put in a lot of practice time," said Thomas Schadt from Pennsylvania.
"I am really truly enjoying Holiday Wonders. It's been a wonderful performance. I just can't wait to get back in after intermission. I am just in awe. It is just very beautiful. It is very nice." said Nancy Aiken, a bed-and-breakfast owner from Ocean City, New Jersey.
Holiday Wonders continues at Caesars on Saturday and Sunday, with performances at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. For dates and times visit www.bestchineseshows.com/buytickets .
