Purchase Policy

"We" or in the following means "Tang Arts Ltd".

Currency

All ticket prices for events that occur in the UK are stated in pound sterling.

Payment Methods

We welcome Visa and MasterCard as methods of payment

Transaction fees

no credit card transaction charge and no ticket processing fee charge.

Delivery and collection of tickets

Tickets bought on the internet or over the phone or by fax will be posted to the customer by first class mail up until 4 days before the show. Ticket bought afterwards can only be collected from the venue at or close to its Box Office.

Refund and returns

Tickets bought can not be returned for refund or exchange for a different show, unless a show is cancelled by the organisers including the venue, Tang Arts or the performing troupe. We can not issue replacements, exchanges or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.

Re-sale

This ticket must not be re-sold for profit. Failure to comply may render the ticket invalid.

Show alterations

Tang Arts Ltd reserves the right to alter an advertised programme due to causes beyond our control.

Admittance to the show
- Latecomers will not be admitted to the auditorium during a performance. They will be allowed to find their seats between performances wherever possible.
- Ticket holders agree not to make audio or video recordings or take photographs of the performances.
- Children under the age of four will not be admitted
- Mobile phones should be placed in silence mode before entering the auditorium.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.

Order Confirmation

If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with your Customer Services whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. We will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.

Amount of Tickets Per Customer or "Ticket Limits"

When purchasing tickets, you may be limited to a specified number of tickets for each event (also known as a "ticket limit"). This amount would be included on the unique event page and is verified with every transaction. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying practices.

Billing Information Verification

Orders are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, our customer service will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If we are unable to reach you after its initial attempt, we may cancel your order and sell your reserved tickets to another customer.

Recording, Transmission and Exhibition

You agree not to record or transmit, or aid in recording or transmitting, any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event. You grant permission to utilize your image, likeness, actions and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the event (regardless of whether before, during or after play or performance) in any medium or context without further authorisation or compensation.

Privacy Policy

We have created this privacy policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to protecting information you submit. This privacy policy only applies to transactions made, and data gathered, on the Site and does not apply to any other transactions, information, web site or Internet, telephone or offline point of contact between the Site and you. Please review this privacy policy periodically as we may update it from time to time. This privacy policy was last revised on Aug.10, 2006. Each time you visit the Site or provide us with information, by doing so you are accepting the practices described in this privacy policy at that time. You agree that by using the Site you are expressly and affirmatively consenting to our use and disclosure of the information that you provide, and consenting to receive emails, as described below in this privacy policy.

We use contact information to help us efficiently perform transactions, to deliver the services you have requested, to perform quality assurance, sales analyses and other business analyses, and to contact you in connection with events for which you order, post or sell tickets (including event confirmations, changes and cancellations). In some cases we may use service providers to help us perform some of these tasks, including, but not limited to, processing or fulfilling your orders, or performing customer service, business analyses or quality control, and consequently we may share your contact information with these service providers. In such cases, we often require these service providers to enter into agreements with us regarding the confidential handling of your information. We may also provide your contact information to your credit card issuer or to credit card processors for their purposes. When you make a purchase through the Site, or register with the Site, you will provide us with an email address where we, or these service providers, may contact you for the purposes described in this paragraph.

"Promotional emails" are emails that are sent solely for promotional purposes. By submitting an email address to us, you agree that we may send promotional emails to that email address until such time that you so indicate your preference not to receive them.

We may provide your financial information to Event Providers, primarily for facilitating "will call" ticket pick up, dispute resolution and customer service at the event venue on the date of the event, and may provide your financial information to those Merchants who are providing you with the goods, services or reservations

you purchase or order, or who are administering the offers or programs you enter through this Site (or you enter through another site after clicking on a link on this Site promoting such an offer or program).
