It’s my great privilege to welcome you to Michigan for the Oriental Culture Association of Michigan’s Chinese New Year Spectacular.

I hope that members of The Delaware Asian Cultural Center, the Asian community and friends across Delaware enjoy a safe and prosperous New Year. Tonight's Chinese New Year Spectacular will be an enjoyable and meaningful celebration of Chinese heritage and cultural activities.

As Governor of the State of Illinois, I am pleased to welcome everyone gathered for the 2007 New Tang Dynasty Television Chinese New Year Spectacular.
